bu sayfada da açıkça şöyle yazıyor:
"google must be given attribution using the appropriate text or brand elements when google results are shown."
yani google api kullandığınız sitede bunu belirtmek zorundasınız diyor. kullandıkları script'in orijinalinde arama kutusunun yanına powered by google ibaresini koyarak bu kurala uymuşlar ancak geliyoo.com bunu kaldırmış.
ayrıca şöyle bir madde var yine ihlal edilmiş:
"you will provide and adhere to a privacy policy for your api client that clearly and accurately describes to users of your api client what user information you collect and how you use and share such information (including for advertising) with google and third parties."
yani google api kullandığınız sitenizde kullanıcılara bir gizlilik sözleşmesi sunmanız gerek diyor ancak ben sitede herhangi bir gizlilik sözleşmesi görmedim.
belki ihlal edilen başka maddeler de vardır ancak ben bunları fark ettim.

sonuçları google'dan çeken motorumsu. json olarak gelen sonucu sayfaya döküyor. ahanda link. test diye arattım google custom search'ten sonuçları aldı geldi. merak edenler herhangi bir browser'ın geliştirici konsolunda network tabına basarak görebilir. adamlar 10 yılda json parse etmeyi öğrenmiş herhalde.
